The best service department experience I've ever had at a dealership! Samantha and James are great! Both very welcoming and knowledgeable. I trusted my van would be well taken care of and they would be honest with any required work. The service was good but I did not like the diagnostic charges, to be  charged a hourly flat diagnostic for one maintenance request (that didn't take a hour) plus addtional charge every maintenance request was not pleasing to me as a longtime customer. My appointment resulted in me paying for an oil change and a (one) diagnose for a maintenance issue.  The amount quoted to me to repair my request was outrageous to me.

Honestly, probably the best dealership I have experienced. Answered the phones quickly, eager to help, offered assistance and etc. I called a different service department and was told it would be 4 months to get my car in and then another month for repairs. Sobh Kia got me in the next day and had the repairs done in two weeks. Throughout the process they were well informed of my concerns and would speak to me about them.
