I was pleasantly surprised to get a video, before I left the dealership, from the technician who serviced our car, showing all the things they checked and the status of different vehicle parts, such as the break pads and tread depth. My husband and I have never received a video like that from any other dealership. We felt it was a great way to establish trust between the customer and the dealership. We also had the tires rotated, and the service rep found a coupon to cover that cost.
