Amazing customer service! I had the misfortune of having a nail go into in my car tire which caused a slow leak/flat and I don't live in the St. Cloud area. I called a couple of the chain "tire" places to have it repaired, but they could not guarantee they could help that day. I contacted Luther Honda and their GM Scott told me to come right over. They said they could help me out despite being busy. Jimmy took all of my information down and they even let me test drive a new CRV while the work was being completed. I can't thank them enough for making this repair so quickly and efficiently. It made me feel safe on my journey back to the Twin Cities to have it fixed. Bonus is they even washed my car and my tire was under warranty! A big thanks to Scott and his great team for the excellent customer service today! You are tops in my book!

Had a great experience buying a pre-owned Honda HR-V! Everyone was really friendly, negotiating was fairly easy and comfortable, and I'm happy with my new car. Almost immediately after driving off of the lot I noticed a crack in the bumper and called to let them know. They scheduled an appointment and got it fixed, free of charge. They even gave me a nice loaner for the day and washed my car since I have to avoid car washes for a bit after the fix. Buying a new car can be stressful, but that process was minimized as much as it can be and everyone was very nice and helpful throughout the whole thing. I would definitely by from them again!
