From the moment you call until the time you’re done with your purchase, they are there every step of the way, and both are compassionate, and will work very hard to get you approved. We called a day prior to ask about scheduling a test drive since we would be driving from Florence, and when we arrived they had the Yukon we were interested in, our front waiting on us. We made them aware before hand we were in the process of rebuilding our credit, and that didn’t change how they treated us, or did it deter them from working with us. Tony worked for 6 straight hours to get us approved and to stay under the monthly payment we wanted. Although we did not get to leave in the Yukon, we left in the 2015 suburban, which is what initially led us to their website. I have never seen a finance manager work so hard to get someone approved, and also be down to earth and not judge you for your past mistakes. When it’s time to get a truck for my husband, we will be making the drive back to Lexington, to work with Lamar and Tony again.
