Let's chat service.   We have to vehicles over 250K. They list the faults at oil change time with no pressure to have them do the work, you can do it yourself or use there excellent services without crazy up charges.  OR they will help you make a plan.  What is critical and what can wait.  And not once have they said, your cars are old and beat up, don't you think it's time you talk to the sales department?  They got to be thinking that... that day will come again for sure but just not yet.    And in all my years, I always leave happy with my choice to stay loyal to Luxury.
