3. Drove off with our new Volvo in less than 2 hours and that includes trading in our old vehicle.

I brought my Volvo XC40 T5 into Lyle Pearson's to have its backup computer fixed a couple of weeks ago. It was repaired back to its original working status in fine fashion.  Kaylee Williams, the Service Advisor was most efficient and pleasant in keeping me updated over the hours it took to repair because of the nationwide auto cyberattack that occurred that day.  Kaylee was congenial and amiable with me during that time and I enjoyed her answering my questions and explaining the history of the Lyle Pearson auto group, its Volvo staff and their qualities for us customers!
