Excellent experience with these guys, Sam and everyone else were excellent to work with. I didn't feel like they were trying to pull any wool over my eyes, and they respected any issues I found with the vehicle and cut the price accordingly. After agreeing to a price, during the paperwork and minutes before leaving, they found a bubble in one of the tires. They were so kind as to replace all 4 tires free of charge and assure I would get on the road safe and taken care of. One thing of note: expect to detail the interior if you are like myself and cannot handle oily plastic treatment, which they definitely use here! (Maybe just too much?) Regardless, they're wonderful guys.

Very happy with my experience here. They had the car I wanted at a fair price, and they helped with each step along the way. Very responsive to messages and they immediately took care of the couple small issues that came up with the car.

Too soon to say for sure but at this point I feel like I got a fair deal on the 4Runner. It wasn’t a steal, nor was it overpriced. It was just right and it was what I wanted so I wasn’t interested in trying to wait and find one for less.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from a small shop like this (all our other Toyotas have come from Toyota dealers) but I’m happy I went with M&M.

Overall I give them 4.5 stars, only because I’m a math teacher and I design my advanced math tests so just a few kids can get 100% but lots of them can get 90%, which is an A in my classes. If 5.0 is reserved for the top 2-3 dealers, these guys are a solid 4.5 and earned an A ????????

Raffle and the staff were very friendly and accommodating in finding my wife exactly the car she dreamed of for the best price. Might I add we were out all day looking at the same exact model in different places and they were all in unacceptable condition. When we went into their showroom every single car look better than new shout out to their detail department. And mechanically this was well serviced and gone through smooth like a new car. Was in an out with the car and paperwork completed in around an hour. Most painless car buying experience ever!!! Thanks guys.
