Had the privilege of purchasing a new 2024 Toyota Camry from Marietta Toyota on 04/05/2024.. we are not local but they had in stock what we wanted with the features we preferred and was the price we were expecting to pay without any haggling of prices back and fourth. Amazing dealership, customer service and atmosphere. BUT…. even though the above was top notch, it doesn’t hold a torch close to our sales consultant PHILIP PENA & our finance manager NICK VARELA… both these men showed above and beyond characteristics of effective customer service. The moment we arrived and stepped out of our current vehicle, Philip stepped forward from his peers with a hand shake and smile. I’m not usually over the moon excited mixing business with younger people (business is big topics for discussion) but that step forward and handshake spoke volumes from the start. Good customer service always starts with a human touch. I was Impressed! It was just uphill from there creating a positive, hassle-free business exchange with Philip. Then we got to visit Nick.. smoothly there also and nobody breaks money down in diagrams like him lol.. he’s pretty good at drawing FYI.. we was there after hours and after the dealership closed but we arrived a little later due to work and travel.. both Philip and Nick stayed as long as we all needed without complaints even though I truly apologized for them having to work over. Finished up with Nick and voiced concerns that if he’s leaving that leaves Philip alone while we moved stuff from one vehicle to the other. It was already dark and about 9p at night. Nick promised not to leave and he would sit in his vehicle and make sure everyone including Philip left the lot safely. Wasn’t sure if he would until I looked over in the corner of the parking lot and there he sit waiting.. this speaks volumes about co-worker exchange. I tell you it was just an overall exceptional experience!! I couldn’t recommend Philip and Nick enough. The other perks of the dealership are top notch but the personalization, customization, connection, communication, effective listening, willingness to Improve, and ability to admit is indescribable and exceptional!!
