I can highly recommend this dealership and it's staff. I recently purchased a vehicle from them, on August 21st, and I live in Maine. We completed the entire transaction both online and by phone, and it could not have been simpler.
Both Jack, the sales representative,  and Alan Marshall,  the owner,  wre very friendly,  and most importantly very helpful.
I live in Maine, about 350 miles away, and had planned on having the car transported up. However,  I was scammed by an auto hauling company,  and that created long delays in finding a way to get the car to my home.  Alan and Jack were very helpful, accommodating and patient while I worked this problem out.
That is genuine customer service. In an age when customer service, especially after the sale, is dying out, it is refreshing to find honest and helpful people.
I would most certainly buy another car from them, and reccomend them to family and friends who are looking to buy another car.

Alan was great! I purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 120,000ish miles very clean for its age. Had a couple of hiccups but nothing that wasn't handled readily by Alan. His knowledge of F150's was a stress reliever.  This is a bridge vehicle for me so when I'm ready. I'll be checking in to see what he has on the lot.
