We were looking for a new car and from the time Angela made contact with me she was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. No pushy sales tactics or hidden fees in their pricing either. When we went to test drive Angela was so great and made us feel like family. While we didn’t end up purchasing from them at this time I would still highly recommend Mazda Lakeland if you want honest fair pricing and friendly service!!

I have a fear of various things in life—spiders, clowns, and car dealerships. The fear of sleazy dealerships led us to travel all the way from Miami to Lakeland, as Miami dealerships are notorious for being untrustworthy. Thankfully, Mazda Lakeland proved to be a refreshing exception. Unlike other dealerships, they were genuinely nice, professional, and not sleazy. The fact that their salesmen work on an hourly basis, not on commission, meant they could provide the actual online price without hidden fees. This was perfect for us, as we had a budget to stick to. Our salesman, Brian, went above and beyond. He was extremely nice, responsive, and friendly. Even after the sale, he stayed extra to provide detailed information about the car. Also special shout out to the financial manager and Austin at the front desk! Super friendly! In the end, it was a great experience. Despite my ongoing fear of dealerships, Mazda Lakeland managed to dispel any concerns I had.

I have purchased 3 new cars in a row from this dealership. My last experience went above and beyond any new car buying experience I've had thus far. The people that went above and beyond: Julio in Finance. He was the one who really had my deal worked up and did all the necessary hand holding to get it done. For real numbers were shared and all that he and I discussed came to fruition. Sophia, the GM. "Very" kind and put the keys to my new vehicle in her drawer. She made me feel the process would be as easy as it turned out to be. Wayne, New Car Sales Manager made me feel he was genuinely interested in me and worked to complete the process honoring all that was previously stated. He did a Lot of hand holding which I appreciated. Andres, the salesman who I had no previous contact with but I assume who happened to be working the morning of my appointment to trade my car. He was accommodating, extremely nice and knowledgeable as well as patient. Aleena in Finance closed my deal as Julio was off that day. She expedited the process, was efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Bottom line .... I no longer am in the Lakeland area but drove about a hundred miles to give Lakeland Mazda my business. Why? Because they're honest and upfront about what you can expect and they follow through, honoring deals they've discussed. I recommend Lakeland Mazda to all my friends and family in the area. "Don't" buy a Mazda unless you've given them an opportunity to earn your business. You'll end up like me, having a relationship for years.
