I had a fantastic experience at Mazda of Columbia! The staff were all friendly, patient, and not pushy at all. They answered all my questions thoroughly, especially Shawn, my salesperson. Shawn went above and beyond to find the exact car I wanted, even contacting other dealerships. He also helped me secure a great deal. The entire buying process was smooth and fast. I was even able to sign all the paperwork electronically from home for extra convenience. To top it all off, Shawn personally delivered my car at no extra cost!

Mike in the service department is awesome !!! He always has a smile on his face and willing to help however needed. I love using the shuttle service to and from work when I drop off my car. They are always on time when picking me up from work. Again always very friendly and happy to help me out.

Tyler worked very hard to get the car we wanted and replace the damaged car, Roz was great and Mark was very nice. They corrected everything  and we left the dealership pleased after our original experience stated below. All is forgiven!

. Roz  the salesman was great. However the detail shop damaged the car when getting it ready for us to take. THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE THE DAMAGE—chipped paint and huge scratches. We noticed immediately and brought the car back. We did not purchase the car with damage and the non-disclosure voids the sale. If the damage is not fixed to perfection we expect an exchange for a brand new 2024 Mazda CX-50 in gun metal metallic that is perfect.
