He also spent time showing us all the new technology on the vehicle and went ahead and set all the preferences for the primary driver. Amazing!!! Karl and Jake also did a great job and answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with the deal.

Had a fantastic experience today at Mazda of Knoxville! My wife and I bought a 2024 CX-5 in Soul Red Crystal with Parchment interior. Just a beautiful combination! But right up there with the beauty of the vehicle was the quality of our experience with the staff. From the GM, Karl Ackermann, to our salesperson, Jordan Shirley, down to the Finance Manager, Jake, everyone was so friendly and helpful. We haven’t had many auto purchasing experiences that were this smooth, and dare I say, enjoyable. A lot of that was due to Jordan’s great personality. He’s just a pleasant guy to talk to. I highly recommend him, and the entire dealership. You simply can’t ask for better people, better vehicles, and a better experience!

I bought a car here 2 years ago and have had it serviced here twice. I went for convenience over quality ONCE and got my oil changed at a chain-store closer to me and I won’t do that again. The service here is impeccable and the videos they send are amazing. They send a video and explain everything they see to prove to you what needs to be done as well as to provide proof of what is in good condition. This means I am building a relationship with mechanics I trust as well as building video documentation of car service history.
