I recently purchased a Tundra from McDaniel Toyota in Ohio, even though I'm from Pennsylvania, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Matt and other staff members were exceptional people who went above and beyond to ensure I got the best deal possible.

Living out of state, I was initially concerned about the logistics of the purchase, but Matt and Jeff made the entire process seamless and worry-free. They worked with me efficiently through phone calls and emails, providing all the necessary information and assistance to make this out-of-state purchase a smooth and straightforward transaction.

I bought a very nice 4Runner from Aaron Tumbleson at McDaniel today (3-30-24).  From the time I got there when they opened to the time I left I was treated in a good natured, friendly, respectful way.  I had the occasion to watch other sales staff as I waited for the deal to be done, and they were all outgoing and personable with their clients and each other.   I feel as though Aaron and the finance person Kisha were respectful of my time and there was no pressure and no hassle, just a very easy transaction.  I hope I am not in the market for (yet another) new car anytime soon but should I be, and should my desire-of-the-moment be a Toyota, I would absolutely come back to Aaron and McDaniel.  As a side note, the price on the 2024 TRD Off-Road Premium that I bought was the third lowest in the state based on over a week's worth of my research on Autotrader and about 25 various dealer websites.  The absolute lowest price on that model at a Columbus area dealer was a bait and switch tactic, and the second lowest price I did not investigate as I preferred to do a more local transaction.  I  say this as I don't think you can go wrong with the price at McDaniel - especially considering the professionalism of the sales staff and the hassle-free environment.   Additionally, despite the good price on the new unit, they gave me a fair price on my trades, so I left feeling financially pretty solid and not dreading that first payment.  Thank you Aaron and other staff.

Yesterday I purchased a 2019 Honda civic coupe from the dealership and all I can say is I had big smiles the whole time I was there! Tyler was amazing and although he stated he was newer to the dealership he did a fantastic job! Their financing manager was also great! She treated me with kindness and answered any questions I had with no hesitation! I drove an hour and 40 minutes and I can definitely say the drive was worth it! I would recommend this dealership to anybody!
