McGovern absolutely knocked it out of the park with the entire buying process. I visited Tri City prior to coming to McGovern and was not happy with the pricing or their ability to work me. I arrived at McGovern and from the very first interaction I knew I was in the right place. They gave me the best pricing possibly, ensured I was comfortable with the car and showed me how to work all the new features. Everyone was positive, educational and down to earth. I recommend everyone come to McGovern for all your Subaru needs and purchases! Great experience. I left with the car in the attached pic and love it.

Negotiated a great deal on a 2024 Outback Premium at McGovern. Loved salesman, Rowan Heard, a bright, intelligent, friendly young person to begin our discussions. We had researched many cars, quality statistics, longevity, minimal repairs for cars that last 200,000 miles. They have large inventory so we were able to agree on a price for a car on the lot. We are so happy with this 2024 Outback, an amazing car with great basic extras! Looked at Honda and Toyota but, this was our first choice. While it took some time, we signed the dotted line with a great interest rate. All good!

Every time I come to this dealership it has been a pleasant experience. All of the people at McGovern Subaru do a great job. Youssef and I were going back and forth on several vehicles and ideas before we landed on one of the used Jeeps they had. The Sales process was smooth, everyone was courteous and professional, and I was driving away after 90 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the Sales process here. I will certainly be back when it’s time to get another one. Need to add, the Service dept was great. They were really busy but still managed to get a sticker on the Jeep in under an hour. Both sales and service get 5 stars.
