I have never been this satisfied with a dealership, ever!! From the moment I stepped into the door, I knew I was going to be in good hands. I ran into some alignment issues while traveling, causing me to have to get off the interstate unexpectedly - I took my car to the service department and the staff immediately welcomed me, and got to work, getting me back on the road as quick as possible. The entire staff made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. The environment at McSweeney Auto should be what every dealership strives to match! Not to mention, the Customer Experience Manager, Zoe is heaven sent! She continuously checked on me and gave me multiple updates on the status of my car. Every dealership needs a Zoe!

Was in the market for a used Jeep Wrangler and everything in my state was out of my budget. Found one in Clanton, AL at McSweeney. Inquired online, Ben the coordinator immediately put me in touch with Preston who sent me the most amazing walk around videos! Two days later, we were driving from MS to AL! The Jeep was waiting for me when I got there. Zoe (and another nice lady) greeted me at the door as if they had been waiting for me! My Daughter found a 2024 Blazer she liked on the lot and asked me to go with her. We drove about 45 minutes to get there and when we did Whitt met us out front and greeted us. We test drove it and she fell in love. The approval process was very easy and we were out of there within an hour. Will definitely be buying again from Whitt and McSweeney!

I’m a little late with my review but better later than never. I wanted to thank the best salesman I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Preston!! Preston was fabulous. His goal was not only to sale me the best vehicle of my choice but for me to be completely be satisfied with my decision and purchase. He treated me like a friend and not just another sale to be made. He understood everything I wanted and didn’t try to give my bogus Advice or Talk me into stuff just because it sounds good and he wanted to make the sale. He was patient and truly cared. So to Mcsweeney I say thank but to Preston I say you thank friend and you’re the absolute best.
