Met with Richard Horkey. He was very helpful and friendly. First time I stopped in, (without appointment) car I wanted to look at was out, an employee had it out. Made appointment for next night and car was sitting under car port waiting for me. I walked in and was greeted with a big "Hello Kevin!" from probably the whole staff! Richard and I went on test drive, got back to dealership and I bought the 2021 Nissan Rogue. I would recommend Mears Nissan to anyone looking for a new or used Nissan or other make. It was a pleasant buying experience.

Everyone was great. They answered all my questions with each car we looked at without any pause or issues. They never pressured me into buying a car, and I really appreciated and liked that. They were very patient with me in deciding what I wanted to do.

Bought a new truck from Jeff at Mears.I was very impressed with him taking the time to find exactly what I wanted. It was difficult but with his persistence he found what I wanted. He was very friendly and assisted me with every detail. After the purchase he went through all the accessories and how everything worked without rushing me at any point. We were able to work out a price we could both work with without any issues or pressure. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle I recommend you talk with Jeff. His main concern is you being happy with your purchase. Additionally I previously owned a Nissan and there service department is outstanding and keeps you updated on service requirements for your vehicle. Also the service department goes out of their way to accommodate appointments you can work with and most times has a loaner vehicle for you if you're vehicle is going to be in service for awhile. I am very satisfied with the service at Mears Nissan today. I was able to check in on line and give the okay for all the service to be done. The man at the service desk, Don, was very professional and courteous and explained all the details I asked about. I would recommend their service department to any one needing a Nissan vehicle serviced.
