Always a great experience at Mentor Nissan, which is why I keep returning. Not only with Varian, but everyone I come in contact with there. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and makes sure all of my questions are answered and taken care of.

I didn't purchase my vehicle here but, I always have it serviced here. They are amazing in the shop, recently had an issue with my vehicle took it in and within days they were able to diagnose the issue and have the parts ordered and installed with my permission ofcoarse. They keep you up-to-date on your service step by step. An the diagnostic fee is reasonable and if you decide to ha e the work done with them it's deducted from the cost of your repairs so it's all one cost not two separate ones like some places. The staff, are wonderful. They get to know the customers and from what I seen work together well. My 2018 Nissan is in great hands when they have it.

We own two Nissan vehicles. I'm sorry to say, we didn't purchase either of them at Mentor. The service department at Mentor is the #1 reason Mentor will be the FIRST place we shop for our next vehicle! Jared & team are top notch.

This review is long overdue... flew out from NY to see a S2000, car was in perfect condition and the price was good. Andrew C was my salesman and he's the best, great guy I can't say enough. I'm happy I gave him and Mentor Nissan my business. 10/10 would recommend..... Also Andrew picked me up from the airport when I arrived, the service was above and beyond to say the least.
