Called multiple times to talk to someone, they just kept saying that someone will call back but no one did.
One time I was even transferred to the specific person whose message clearly said that he will be out of office for so many days but it clearly shows there is no communication in between Motor-werks staff is not proper. Because of which customers have to keep trying to call again and again. In person service is not that bad. My wait time was less than 30min
