I got great help from sales manager Tom G. today. When I walked in I explained what I needed help with and that it did not involve purchasing a car and Tom was more than willing to give me a hand even though it was a very busy time. It's easy to give good customer service when there's money involved so kudos to Tom for the great customer service.

I worked with Bill Marinangel to purchase a G550 a few months ago. He was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and made the whole buying process very easy. And even after I bought the G550, he's followed up with calls and emails to check in on how everything is going with the vehicle. With how he made the car buying process extremely easy while also thorough with each step to the exceptional customer service from when I first reached out to inquire about the vehicle to even months after I've purchased, Bill and the Mercedes-Benz Barrington team have been great. I'll definitely work with Bill again for my next car purchase.

Great experience with Scott, the client advisor I dealt with on a potential purchase of a vehicle. He was extremely responsive, good knowledge, and positive attitude. I will look back to them when looking at future vehicle purchases.

Called multiple times to talk to someone, they just kept saying that someone will call back but no one did. One time I was even transferred to the specific person whose message clearly said that he will be out of office for so many days but it clearly shows there is no communication in between Motor-werks staff is not proper. Because of which customers have to keep trying to call again and again. In person service is not that bad. My wait time was less than 30min
