On a recent service visit, I was informed when I scheduled an appointment to replace two tires that it would take 4 hours. A loaner car was scheduled for me. When I went to the appointment, Ethan was my service advisor. When I explained that I was promised 4 hours, he said he would be able to take care of me in less than two hours.  If that was the case, I would not need the loaner. A little over an hour later, Ethan found me in the waiting area and said that I was already finished.  He was very polite, courteous and far exceeded my expectations. Thanks Ethan for being customer focused!
