The team at Easton just made me feel confident and overall eased my mind when it came to the purchase of my car. I got a car that I could see my self in for a long time and thanks to everyone I had and have no regrets on this purchase. The team that worked with me up there consisted of Eric G, who was my initial point of contact. I reached out to him an hour before close and he responded with a comprehensive video custom made to me and the car I was interested in within about 15 min. I was impressed. By the time I finished the application it was closing time so the next morning Eric reached out with the finance options I had and we picked the one best suited for me and set my apt to meet in person for Saturday morning since I do not live in state. I arrived Saturday afternoon and we began the process. During this paperwork process I was introduced to Scott, and upon meeting him was told that I had the option to finance through MB and I was happy with this news because it was better for me. After purchase was complete I was introduced to Cody. Cody helped me feel comfortable in my new car showing me the ins and out of the beautiful technology held within my new car. He offered to take pictures of me with my new baby and didn’t make me feel weird about it, no matter how many I wanted him to take. Overall I was very pleased with everyone and I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. Eric, Cody, and Scott you guys rock! Thank you everyone with MB of Easton!

We love our new vehicle that we purchased a 2024 GLE 53 AMG coupe, I just received it back with the wheels being powder coated the ceramic coating and the front windows tinted. planning on returning in the next few months to purchase another vehicle from you all and will definitely be recommend all my friends and family to purchase their new vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Easton. I've been getting "his/hers" MB's for over 10 yrs @ Germaine Easton MB. I've always leased. They always rise "above & beyond". Just last week, for the first time my lease went past pre-paid servicing. I saw the proposed charges. I texted my sales associate (Chris) that afternoon, and over texts he found a brand new replacement, in the color I loved with the packages I desired and closed the deal within 2 days. He even got me $500 off from a new rebate offer. I forgot to bring the spare key fob to the dealership, he came by my house the next day to pick them up. Now that's excellent service! HIGHLY recommended. My wife’s car was looking a little bit in need of some affection. Mercedes offers deep, clean and detailing. The car looked amazing smelt fresh, and was showroom clean.

Loved my experience! Bought my daughter her first car and everything was great: the people, price and the whole process! Worth the 3 1/2 hour drive! Now my son wants a mercedes too…yikes!
