We had previously purchased a vehicle in Illinois. That was nothing short of a horror story. Needless to say, I was very apprehensive about trying it again. At Mercedes-Benz of Orland Park, my experience could not have been more of a polar opposite.
There was a mix up on my initial scheduled visit which had my wife and I a little preterbed as our vehicle of choice had been moved to a different location for a different client prior to my arrival.
In comes Michael Moran. He apologized for the mixed up and made no excuses. Additionally, he proactively searched for other models that were similar to what we wanted and may be interested in. We graciously declined the other models. Michael promised to keep me informed of the choice vehicles sale progress. Fortunately for us, it did not sell. He and I scheduled another appointment and assured me the vehicle would be there no matter what. The rest as they say is history. Beautiful car that my wife loves (anniversarygift), fantastic customer service, professional and fun throughout the whole visit, which by the way, did not take 42 hours like most other vehicle purchases! James in finance was super sharp and thorough as he covered additional available services and my closing paper work.
