I could not be more thankful for this dealership, specifically Kyle Schroers (service advisor) and Dan (technician). My family and I were 13 hours from home and 3 hours from the closest Mercedes Benz dealership when the suspension in our car had a malfunction. There was no way to drive it all the way home and I needed help.

I started to contact the surrounding dealers and got some responses that were not what you would hope for the week before Christmas. I had left a message at MB of Roanoke and a few minutes later I got a call back from Kyle. I told him my situation, the timing of my trip, the severity of my issue with the car and that I needed to get this addressed immediately.

He told me that as soon as the car arrived it would get diagnosed, we would get parts ordered and could keep us on schedule for our trip. Finally some relief from this stressful situation.

When I arrived with the vehicle, Kyle immediately greeted me, got my car in the shop and did exactly what he said he would do. Car was diagnosed, parts ordered, estimate provided and I was shuttled by an awesome ex-first responder in loud mouth pants over to the rental car agency so I could return to my family.

24 hours later, while I was back enjoying my vacation, i got the call from Kyle that Dan was working on my car and it would be completed ahead of schedule. This allowed me to enjoy the rest of my trip, get home when I had originally planned before my breakdown and not incur and more additional expense.

When I arrived to pick up my car, it had been cleaned, the repair was complete. I was greeted by Kyle to the invoice exactly as he promised.

I just finished driving the car 10 hours home from Roanoke and it is perfect. The repair was completed properly. Dan took the time to top off the fluids, check the tire pressures and make sure the repair properly addressed the issue I was having.

These guys saved Christmas and my vacation for my family and I, I could not be more grateful. Thank you all so much!

Our advisor Caylin was amazing. We were on the road traveling from Florida to Canada via Salem, VA and these guys managed to squeeze us in for an emergency repair to our Sprinter Van. Without them, our journey would have ended. Great communication throughout and even helped us make sure the work was covered under warranty, amazing, definitely check them out to purchase or get repairs to a vehicle
