My wife and I dropped by, no appointment, after looking at Santa Fe’s online. We were helped very quickly and we had the cars we were looking up get their keys pulled and handed to Josh, our salesman. Josh is the man! Two similar vehicles but one has much better mileage for a small gap price. Pulled the Carfax for us, workshopped the price for our budget, and we walked out happy as could be. It’s a used car at a used car lot, I opted out of all the things I wasn’t interested, full and well knowing that it was coming as-is but they made clear all our options. I’ve bought maybe 3 cars in my life, and this is the best time I’ve had so far.
