I am extremely impressed! Excellent customer service and professionalism! The transmission went out on my crown Victoria, and I needed a decent used car. The salesman was somewhat hesitant to let me look at any of the used cars, due to 100% as is, no warranty sale terms. I told him that I certainly understand that, and that people expect 10+ yr old cars to never need any maintenance. I borrowed to the keys to three different cars. The first two would not start. Then, the 2014 Chevy Malibu LTZ Eco started without hesitation. I turned it off, looked under the hood, and found no problems. Then, I test drove the car for 20 minutes, both on and off the highway. No problems whatsoever! With 148k mi, the car needed a good interior and exterior cleaning, and that was the first thing it got after I bought it with my credit card for $4700 OTD. In mint condition, with zero issues, the car would sell for $15k! Anyone looking for a good used car should come to Mike Castrucci Ford...
