Grant in sales at Mills Toyota in Willmar, MN did a fantastic job selling us our 2023 Toyota Tacoma. He communicated well on the phone and answered all of our questions. He was able to accommodate all of our requests. He was not pushy (like some sales representatives can be), has a great demeanor, eye contact, mannerism, and attitude. We had a place closer to home that we could have purchased from, but that sale representative had many negative qualities. So we drove 2 1/2 hours to purchase from Grant because we could tell what type of person he was without even meeting him just by his mannerisms on the phone. Mills Toyota has a great team and Aaron in financing was great as well. Wish they were closer to home to continue going to for maintenance and oil changes. 5 plus stars!!!
