Friendly and very helpful. This is my first mini and I came in with my 2003 for a recall. They treated me like I was a new car buyer. The repair tech told me things he found and answered my questions but didn’t push anything.
It was a pleasant experience and I enjoyed myself seeing all the new minis and the older ones that were there. Along with the wonderful letter from Autism support. I have twin autistic grandsons so this touched me

I had my convertible Mini Cooper S worked on, and the experience was outstanding. Let alone did they look at everything, fixed my AC, when I picked up the car, it was clean inside and out. I’ve had many different cars, Porsche‘s Lexus Mercedes and not one of them cleans the inside. When I pick my car up from Mini Scottsdale, it looked like I just purchased the car. My service tech was so nice and my experience was great. I highly recommend Mini Scottsdale!!

Michael and the technician did a great job of helping me understand the condition of my used mini.  Since my appointment was on Friday afternoon, they needed to keep my car over the weekend. I paid a nominal fee for a loaner, and when I picked up my car Monday afternoon my transmission issue was resolved at a fair price. Their 3-year oil change contract is a fantastic deal.
