This review is way overdue. I bought a BMW X7 from Joe. The whole buying experience was very customer focused. He addressed my concerns with the car to make sure I was 100% satisfied.  Hassle free and respectful of me as a woman buyer. Then again, I am a tough customer and negotiate for a living. Finance was great also. Very  straight forward  with no up selling and found me the best rate.

As far as maintenance goes, I have no problem. They fixed it. I do take issue with the "answering service" female. I was told I'd be contacted with a quote before the loaner car was due back, it didnt happen. I didnt want to bother them so I waited up until the morning of date printed on my statement to call them. I was hung up on 2ce, when the female finally answered she assured me she'd pass my message along and someone would return my call. It never happened. I was there to return their car on time as agreed upon, they were not. Guess everyone bailed to La Brisas for half price cinco de mayo margaritas, they should've at least invited me. Wasted my gas and time.
