I just got the tittle of Prius 2021 here yesterday (2/9/24). The owner is very kind and nice to understand my situation like starting from letting me check the car, explain about the price and such. I came to make the purchase when it was close to the closing time for the shop and he was very nice of going through all the process.

He let me use wire transfer which made the purchase smooth and easy! He also gave me a bit of discount since I bought the car with cash.

The other mechanics are very nice as well, right before I left the shop as I drive the car, found out my front seat light was missing the buttons. They easily fixed for me and even showed me how to remove the stains on the car which I was considering taking to the shop to paint it over.

They would give you $100 for referral fee, and I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs their services.

While i did not end up purchasing the vehicle i looked at here I want to leave a review because I appreciated the service.  Rhaed was very friendly and chill – 0 unnecessary pressure or pushing, very straightforward and honest.

However, i did remove a star because it didnt seem like they had even basically looked at the vehicle to identify its problems, I ended up spending a lot of my day taking the vehicle to my mechanic who identified the issues for them.  For professionalism sake its important to keep on top of what you are actually selling.  Something like a nail in a tire, worn tires, extrmely worn shocks/struts and other basic things should not be surprises if you are selling a car, but should be accounted for in some way, or dealt with.
