I started out just wanting to look at options. Mike Miles met me at the vehicles and asked if he could help.  After introducing myself he took me around and allowed me to look freely at vehicles. I didn’t feel any “salesman” pressure and continued my search with him. I told him what I wanted to do and I actually found a vehicle that I really liked. I told Mike not to call me unless I asked him to and gave him my phone number.  He followed my request.  After a few days of thinking I called Mike and told him I wanted to come down and take another look and get my own car assessed for trade in.  I didn’t expect to complete my deal that day but I actually did!  Everyone there was friendly and I didn’t feel like I had to purchase a car from them. Other dealerships I have been to prior to this visit at Mitchell, I drove off thinking I would never come back. They called and even sent me emails every other day!  I didn’t have that experience here.  Within an hour and a half of driving down to the dealership, I had pretty much made the deal.  I was asked to come back several hours later so they could detail my car and get onstar set up.  When I arrived later that afternoon, my car was backed up under the awning and was sparkling.  Mike greeted me and we set up Onstar and the GMC app on my phone.  Finalization of the paperwork was a breeze and explained to me thoroughly.  I left there thinking that I would definitely do this again with these folks!  Thank you Mike Miles and Mitchell GMC , you made my purchase worthwhile!!!

My car is 12 years old Buick Lacrosse...I bought it brand new At Mitchell Buick... For all those years they have serviced & maintained  it! I have no doubt if & when I decide  I will replace it...This will be my first choice in another purchase.. Buying a vehicle  you have  many choices! But services  for that vehicle  is a whole new ballgame!!! The trust you have in that Service Dept ..Means more then anything  you drive off a lot!! In this day & time Customer Service is hard to find...

Love this place and Sean in sales is the most knowledgeable salesperson!!!!   I really wish the truck I wanted was at Mitchell!!!   I wanted a diesel instead of gasoline powered Denali….and this is the only reason I had to buy from somewhere else that was a horrible experience.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND SEAN @ MITCHELL GMC!!!!
