When I knew my 2012 vehicle wasn’t going to make it much longer, I spent a few weeks trying to research and read about car dealership experiences, what to say/what not to say, and tried to ease my nervousness in preparation for buying a brand new car for the first time ever. This was indeed my first “big” purchase as an “adult” - and I can’t say it was something I was initially looking forward to because I had no idea what to expect. Brenna Grogan in the finance department was very patient and accommodating in helping my elderly mother with her lease buyout. I had to coordinate the transaction from out of state, but Brenna made it easy by having all the paperwork ready for when my mom was finally able to make it to the dealership. She also replied to emails very promptly. We hope to deal with her in the finance department when my mom eventually purchases her 3rd vehicle from Moon Township Hyundai. Thank you!
