They are always so friendly. I can drop my car off on the mornings on my way to work and they offered to take me and drop me off at work. When my car is ready they call me immediately and it's usually ready by lunch time. I really appreciate the promptness especially scheduling my appointments around my work schedule. Two years ago on, Halloween night, the service department was doing end of month paperwork, and was closed (but didn't know it) and I showed up with a flat tire on my way back to my home in Bristol, VA.  The two gentlemen there rescued me!  They changed my tire and sent me on my way.  I'll be forever grateful for their kindness and for them "just happening" to be available when I needed them.  God is so good!
