I cannot speak highly enough about the positive experiences we have had at this dealership.

We’ve been coming to them for service work since moving to the Ozarks 6 years ago, and have always been highly satisfied with their quality of work. Something I cannot say about all dealerships I’ve worked with in the past.

The time finally came for a new vehicle
and the process simply could not have been more painless.

Even in the current economy their finance team got us a great interest rate on the vehicle we wanted, and we were in and out in less than 2 hours (I had talked with them on the phone beforehand about what we wanted but that was maybe 20 minutes tops)

Although I worked mostly with Levi, the entire staff was helpful in assisting us and making sure our needs were met. As a salesman myself, I recognize quality service and commitment to customer satisfaction when I see it, and folks these guys have it.

We took our Expedition in for an open recall.  My husband chose Morlan due to the rating on the service department.   We were NOT disappointed at all!!  Everyone from the ladies that we checked in with, down to the service guys, were great!!  They had the part on hand and was able to get it changed out with no problem.    We will be back!!
