If I could give more stars, I would.  The level of customer service goes above & beyond!!

1.  They helped me with dealing with a car that belonged to an elderly client of mine who had lost all paperwork.  Not only did they take care of securing the updated and correct paperwork,  but they found a buyer and even came to pick up the car for this elderly client.  So nice!

2.  Made buying a car and trading mine, 2 years ago, SEAMLESS!!!!!

3.  Traded said car for another one and again, SEAMLESS!

4.  Coated my new car with the Icon Rocklear coating and it looks AMAZING!  Makes a huge difference, one that will happen to any future car I purchase. They even drove me home after I dropped off the car which again, was above & beyond.

Being that I live in Los Angeles, Jim has been very responsive and even FaceTime'd me to show me the vehicle and showed me any imperfections of the car, which made me feel instantly comfortable as he was not trying to hide anything.
