From the beginning it was no stress, no pressure. He even had one of his guys who lives near me over an hour away bring the car so I could see it without driving down to him! When we went the next day they had so many Coopers of all kinds. The car was perfect and well priced. He really knows his MINIs. They pick out the best ones, work on them to make them perfect before they sell them and even give you a one month warranty. The car is amazing. If you need a Cooper he is the only choice!

Excellent service. In fact I ended up buying ANOTHER car three months after the first from Motorcycle Gallery, so that must be a good sign. I don’t trust easily but Mitch the owner is great to get along with. He let me test drive a couple, even though they were tightly parked in the showroom, it was no trouble at all. I never felt under pressure to buy. I love the way the cars are presented, all super clean and ready to go. Mitch, the owner, can arrange ALL paperwork so that was great. There were a couple of mechanical issues with the second car after a couple of weeks but because there was a thirty day guarantee Mitch asked me to drop by to take a look at the car and he fixed it without a grumble or protest, great service. I would recommend his Minis to anybody.

Mitch is a trustworthy person, he gave me very good advice on the purchase and I felt comfortable at all times. I spent a couple of months looking for a used Mini Cooper Countryman, on Carmax, Caravan, Craig’s list, Cargurus and other local dealers before I decided to drive the 100 miles to Oceanside, CA to Motorcycle Gallery.  Buying a car used is a big decision that can have many pitfalls if you don’t make the right decision.
They had FAR AND AWAY THE BEST SELECTION, and I ended up finding my absolute dream car!  And because they specialize in Mini’s (it’s all they do) and service them, they know these cars inside and out.  This is very important because most mechanics don’t and Mini’s (BMW) are notoriously expensive to service when something goes wrong.
Fast forward 3 weeks after my purchase, and the engine malfunction light went on as I was driving down the highway.  I went into a full blown panic thinking I might have bought a lemon.  I took it to my personal mechanic locally and after 2 hours of looking at it, they could find nothing wrong??  Mitch asked me to drive back down to Oceanside so that his mechanics could take a look.  It took them no time at all to find out what was wrong with the engine.  There were a couple of simple issues with the Turbo that they resolved that afternoon.  If I had taken my car anywhere else they probably would have told me I needed a new Turbo and charged me upwards of $3,000 to put in a new one.  Mitch charged me absolutely nothing, not even for the parts and the car is running smoothly again.  Even better!
Incidentally, while I was waiting I observed their whole operation, casually spoke to the mechanics, the car detailer, and Mitch and came to the realization that they are good and competent people who take pride in their craft.
Bottom line is, they are TRUSTWORTHY, knowledgable, they care and they probably have the perfect Mini waiting for you on their lot.

I have purchased two Minis from this place over the last year and have been very pleased with the purchase process, both times. Mitch is very knowledgeable about 2nd gen Mini Cooper and focuses only on those cars, he's very patient, with no sales pressure at all. The cars seem to have been fully inspected and repaired before hitting the show floor. The rotating inventory allowed me to find what I was looking for. Mitch addressed the few minor issues that I found with both cars, and made me a happy customer. I might go back to get a fun car at some point, those stick shift JCWs look pretty fun! I have recommended this business to my friends without any hesitation. It's a great place to find a car for a first time driver.
