The buying process for the Jeep I purchased was extremely easy.

I did however have some trouble with the vehicle I bought. Being that I live 2 hours from this dealer I had to go to a different Jeep dealer for repairs. The dealer I went to would not cover the repairs under warranty so I called Ladd-Handford and let them know about my situation. Jason from Ladd-Hanford helped out by rectifying the situation without a blink of an eye. He has been great through the whole process, super friendly, and wanted me to be happy. That's what customer service is about.
