I bought a 2020 Subaru Forester Touring certified pre-owned at 14000 miles from them on November 1. My agent was Julian Gonzalez. I have no complaints with him and the entire staff in general. They showed all understanding in the selling process. I boldly recommend Julian as a serious salesman. Attentive, understanding, doesn't push you. I drove Honda Pilot and Crosstour models for 15 years. It just so happened that I now chose a Subaru. I am more than happy with the choice. Only the future will tell if I made the right choice but as I said so far I can safely say the car is perfect for me.

There were no additional hidden fees or charges, so the OTD was just the car price, government fees, and taxes. My wheel hit a curb and Kevin and his team helped replace the rim and check the tire for me. They also did an alignment that was absolutely perfect.  I've been to 2 other dealerships and they couldn't get the alignment centered, but Kevin and his team managed to get the steering to be centered when the car is going straight.
