My journey to Nalley GMC started with viewing my dream vehicle on their website. The dream came true on 5/22/24. I talked with Terrance Holmes about three or four times before I traveled the 200 miles to secure the deal. His professionalism an attention to details made my my purchase smooth and extremely easy. I contacted Nalley Buick GMC in regards to a vehicle that they had for sale. I sent my initial email late at night and heard back from Sales Manager Mark Walker first thing the next morning. He promptly provided me with all the information that I requested, and we arranged a time for me to come in and see the vehicle. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was greeted immediately upon exiting my vehicle and was led to the showroom. Here I met with Salesman Gary Marsh. We sat down and he answered all of my questions, which were plentiful. We went through my whole laundry list and Gary was extremely patient the entire time. While we were speaking, Mark pulled the vehicle around for my test drive. I was then given the opportunity to look over the vehicle with Gary close enough to answer any additional questions that I had, while at the same time not feeling like he was overbearing or over my shoulder the entire time. We are from Niagara Falls Canada, we were traveling to Jekyll Island and then Florida when we had an engine light come on, while on the I 95, pulled off and the car was running rough. We pulled into  Brunswick and stopped at the first Dealership we saw which was Nalley. They took us in no appointment, diagnosed the problem and completed the job. My husband and I were driving from Florida to New Jersey towing our boat. Our motor seized up and our truck was towed to Nally GMC.
Ashley the service manager was the most accommodating professional we have ever dealt with.  She had no loaner vehicles available but had one of her associates pick us up, take us shopping and back and forth to the dealership.  She eventually loaned us the test vehicle and a new motor was installed in 3 days.
To add Ashley did not only give us a great restaurant recommendation, she called the owner of the restaurant to let him know we were coming in.
Finally 3 days after we got home we received a call from Ashley making sure we made it home and everything was good with the truck.
I can’t say enough.  AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
