Seamless online appointment scheduling, a courteous follow-up call from customer service, a great introduction and tour by Anthony, and, of course, all of the wonderful amenities offered by Nalley VW: Spacious seating accommodations, snacks such as gummies and chips, tea, Starbucks coffee ??,  and various sweetners such as honey.
