On Cargurus, this dealership has a five star rating which I have not come across before. They did not disappoint. You hear all the horror stories. This is not one of those. We drove 2 hours to look at a vehicle. They not only had the vehicle, they had an inside cleaned and in showroom condition on a rainy day.  They were very attentive, very nice and not pushy, was one of my best experiences at a dealership ever and I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. Manny was great to deal with. Highly recommend????

Manny was my salesman. When I requested information about a Jeep online, Manny got back with me right away. I  am very picky about used vehicles , service and previous ownership records. Car Fax will provide great information but not all of it. I requested that Manny check the brakes condition and how much wear was left on the brake pads. Manny first checked the work invoice when the Jeep was traded in.  He verified that the brake pads were at 9mm with an additional shop inspection. I was  looking for the right value fit vehicle for 6 months and traveled 1.5 hour to find it.   I did purchase the Jeep Wrangle. Great follow up by Manny and the Service Team at Napleton Jeep in Beaver Dam.  They went above and beyond.
