Jessica was really nice to work with. She got me all the info I wanted on the truck. Colin was a rockstar when it came to running numbers and helping me get the payment that was right for me. Overall I had a good experience here.

One thing I didn’t agree with is if my door code on my F150 was not still the original code, they were going to charge me a service fee to reset it. I think every code should be reset when vehicles come in. What happens if that previous owner lives in the same city and knows your code and then decides to enter the vehicle. Just my opinion but I shouldn’t have to pay a service fee to reset a door code on a vehicle I just purchased off the lot for $25k.
