I never realized how easy Nathan makes buying a car until I tried to buy a new vehicle the other day. I went to buy a new vehicle and was told x, I drove 60 miles(one way) and then upon arrival the numbers changed, along with other things and after sitting there for 3 hours trying to teach them simple math I finally left without buying. Rewind to the last vehicle(current vehicle) I bought from Turner auto group. I called him gave him my information(after driving by and inquiring about the vehicle I saw at his dealership). I came back and test drove it later that afternoon. I liked the price he told me and the vehicle was perfect. I went back home to clean my vehicle out, he did all the paperwork, came to my house, I signed it and he left my new car and drove away in my trade in(with just a few signatures and no stress). It’s a shame other dealerships don’t follow his lead and implement the same before, during and after the sale customer care that he does because they would get a lot more business.
