A few months ago, I went into Nelson Nissan to ask about trading my car in. I wasn’t able to at the time, but Brian was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand what to do going forward.

Not long after, I got into an accident and totaled my car. I immediately called Brian to see what I could do. He and Keith were incredible in helping me get everything sorted with my insurance and previous dealership, so that I could possibly get a new car. Once everything was sorted, there was no doubt in my mind that I would be buying from Nelson Nissan.

Keith was so friendly, not pushy at all, he just genuinely wanted to help me get back on the road. He explained everything thoroughly, made sure I understood everything before moving on, and then he picked out the perfect car for me. After a quick test drive, I purchased a 2023 Nissan Kicks with 30 miles on it!

Since then, Keith has reached out a few times to make sure everything is going well. He’s still super nice and caring and I appreciate that very much. Thank you for everything, Keith!

The store was under construction, however that did not take away from my experience at all. Valerie was very helpful and informative thru every step of my purchase. She took the time to inform me of everything Nelson Nissan had to offer to me to make my experience better. She also explained every option and feature my new Nissan Frontier had, and how to operate it. She was especially patient with me while I took an eternity to choose a paint color.
