The dealership is under construction and it looks terrible, almost abandoned! Having said that my experience was amazing! Daniel was my salesman and he was great! Honest, friendly guy that made me feel comfortable and not pressured. Finance guy was also great, didn’t push me to buy things I didn’t need and got me out of there fast! I stopped at New Century Honda this morning to take care of a recall matter. My service rep, Max, said why don’t I get an oil change at the same time since I’m almost due anyway? I didn’t want to take the time to do that, but he assured me it would only take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. To his credit, it took exactly that almost to the minute. Max was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Once again, it was a pleasure to have dealt with New Century Honda service department.

Shadi and Chris provided excellent service and feedback. They were very responsive through the whole process and even followed up. I had contacted a lot of dealerships looking to negotiate and these guys were the best. They were communicative and responded quickly. They were also honest unlike what we found with other dealerships where they quoted a lower price and then switched things up once we got there. These guys are great and honest!
