Everyone else who helped me along the way was knowledgeable and friendly, making it a truly seamless experience. Also, the bow on the car was such a nice touch! It is always a pleasure buying from New Country and from Karim.  I thought the Tesla buying experience was evolutionary 2 years ago and the way the auto industry needed to go.  I soon realized it really was just transactional and followed with a horrible service model by Tesla.  Sure, some dealerships you'd be better served if it was transactional, but at New Country with Karim, Chris and Marco they want your business and they work to earn it.  They don't hide behind computers, they want to meet you at the door, shake your hand and welcome you, and create an exceptional buying experience.  Karim and the New Country Team have restored my belief that buying a car can still be something you look forward to! The decision-making process, the paperwork, and of course the delivery was all the best!  It was nice to take delivery and have the Genius, Conner, walk me through the car's technology, the car was clean and spotless, and another handshake as I drove off.  Much different than 2 years ago at Tesla, which at the time I thought was great. Hindsight it was the start of a horrible car ownership until I got back to New Country. I highly recommend New Country for New or Used and I strongly recommend Karim, Chris, and Marco.

I purchased a 2024 X1 M Series on 2/26/24 working with Tevin Overton.  Tevin and the rest of the staff made the entire experience quick and easy.    I really liked his honest and open no-nonsense approach.  From walking in the door to leaving with my new car took only a couple short hours without all the games and nonsense that most salesmen put you through. I had my first appointment at BMW the other day it was a great experience. I worked with Estelle, not only was she knowledgeable but a pleasure to chat with. She told me I’d be there a few hours so made sure I had a shuttle to go shopping for a few hours, while waiting for a ride I enjoyed a few minutes in the waiting room which was very nice to grab a water and coffee. Chuck brought me to West Farms Mall, he was such a pleasure to ride with we bonded over our love of dogs. Not only is he so nice, he is an amazing driver, we encountered 2 people racing on the highway which made me nervous, not only did he make me feel safe but didn’t break a sweat! That man can drive. When getting picked up Jesùs picked me up, once again another great chat, he was so sweet I really enjoyed conversation with him and felt safe during our ride. Upon arriving back I met with Estelle again, I’m grateful she shared with oil change program with me that saved me money, we looked over other projects recommended for my car fully, I felt safe I was in good hands with her. She was so awesome to work with and I look forward to working with her again. Every moment of working with Hartford BMW was easy, professional but also made me feel like a old friend or family. I can’t say enough about my experience.
