I took my car in to get service in November 2023. They kept on telling me what else needed done although I just want the one thing done to my car. I ended up going to pick up my car. I had paid for the service up front. After I picked up my car I was charged for a diagnostic fee (which was no problem) and the restock fee of the part in which they included the core fee. I was told that I would get a refund of the difference in 5-10 days.
Fast forward it has been 5 months and I am still waiting for my refund. I have called several times and left messages with the accountants and manager and still have yet to receive my REFUND!!!
A simple refund to the credit card would have been fine but they do not know how to refund/ reverse charges to a credit card so they tell you they will mail you a check which never happens!!!! I am seriously considering getting an attorney this is ridiculous. All I want is my money back!!!!!
