I recently purchased a car from this dealer, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. After have it inspected by the third party, I took a train for 3 hours to Cleveland, I was pleased to find the car exactly as described. The dealer was fantastic—honest, transparent, and very accommodating. I drove the car back to Indiana, a 4-hour drive, and it performed flawlessly. I did have some initial concerns about quality issues in some comments, but given the make, model and mileage, these were not entirely surprising sometimes and I believe they are unintentional for that. Highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant car-buying experience.

I had been looking for a newer car for awhile, researched multiple dealer websites and visited a few dealerships as a walk in. Frustrated, overwhelmed, given the runaround and feeling pressured in my car buying journey, I was about to give up when I happened upon the car I didn't know I wanted at a dealership I didn't know existed.

First off, the lobby was the exact opposite of a circus environment. Not filled with a lot of distractions, balloons, blaring tv screens, etc. No salespeople hungrily eyeballing me as I entered the building, ready to pounce like I was a delayed Door Dash order. And no, I wasn't ignored. I was warmly greeted and invited into a professional, yet relaxing atmosphere.  Polite, efficient, courteous and most helpful staff ... Jen, Leo and Nina.

I was encouraged to take a test drive (I asked Nina to ride with me as I was unfamiliar with the neighborhood) and I was even allowed to drive the car alone to my mechanic for a look see.  Within 4 hours I was a newer car owner! No pressure, not rushed, very accommodating. Jen was my salesperson. Jen knows cars. Jen knows the car business. Jen knows people! Professional, knowledgeable, kind and down to earth.The actual car buying process (and insurance verification) was completed digitally. Jen and my finance person successfully worked in tandem over the phone to get the deal completed by the end of the business day.

If I could go back in time knowing NOW what I didn't know THEN, Northeast Auto Gallery would have been my 1st and only stop for my newer car.

She really did her best to work with me and get me the car I wanted not what they wanted to sell. Highly recommend and they don’t have to bad talk other dealers their customer service and prices speak for themselves. Thank you Jen
