In October 2023, I took my 2021 F150 in for service. I saw 2023 Red Edge sitting in the showroom. It just caught my eye. I had to have it.  I started talking with Ashley, the sales lady,   about the car and price etc.  Long story short I bought the car.
Ashley,  Lann, and so many others that helped make the sale stress free.
I absolutely Love my 2023 Edge and when I need to purchase another car I will definitely choose North East Ford.

This dealership works hard at giving you the best possible deals and servise possible - very impressed.  The Ford company gave me incentives that were hard to beat.  Our last 4 vehicles that we bought new we bought at Toyota  and Nissan dealerships but considering the service and incentives we just received at Northeast Ford this company may find us as repeat customers.

North East Ford is a hidden gem!  Shhhh don't tell anyone!  Downstate NY'ers, it's WORTH the drive.  No long waits to get an appt. Was told in lower NY 3 weeks for a diagnostic. North East fit me in the next day!  They were friendly and gave honest answers.  I chose to trade in my Explorer and they took very good care of me.  Christopher Talbot was great with presenting my options and working with my budget. He is very knowledgeable about Ford product. I was fortunate to have been introduced to the owner, Lann who was very nice, fair, and approachable. His office is right in the thick of things in the showroom.  To finish off the sale, I sat with Samantha who was a breath of fresh air compared to previous business managers that fast talk and push paperwork at you. December was a tough month for me. After being in a bad car accident I was literally left with one week to replace my vehicle before I lost rental coverage. The team at North East Ford made the car buying process seamless, and I was back on the road in less than 24 hours from test driving two different vehicles. Even though I had a pre-approval from my credit union, Sam was not thrilled with the rate and shopped around to get the best interest rate. They were patient and kind, and when we ran into a snafu with paperwork they sent me out on a dealer plate until all was sorted. When my new plates where ready, Ashley came out to me to swap the plates, put my registration on, and called to let me know it was all taken care of. I can't say enough about how awesome North East Ford's customer service is, and they now have a customer for life. I can't say enough about how great they all are!! I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle at North East Ford.
