I can't speak for buying a used car, but for a new car this was one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. Everything went so smooth and quickly. I never felt pressured into getting anything extra, they were very clear on the details. I worked with Matthew and he did an excellent job going over the features of vehicles and went above and beyond even after I purchased my new car.

I own a Mazda, purchased at a different dealership in another city. I began having my regular maintenance at Northtowne Mazda on N. Oak and could not be happier with a number of things about this dealership.

First, this is one of the cleanest, most professional dealerships I have visited, and I have been to dealerships across the nation to maintain my car during travel assignments for work!

Second, the customer waiting areas are spotless, comfortable and set up beautifully for customers who bring their laptops. The Wi-Fi is fast and consistent.

Lastly, you can’t find customer service as kind and patient as Cody and Chelsea, at Northtowne Mazda Service Department (Cody is the Manager)…they thoroughly explain everything and help every client prioritize the maintenance that needs to be completed.

Cody or Chelsea will send a video of the assessment under the hood every time you take the car in. In the video, the service specialist explains what he sees and what services are recommended so there is no question what they are recommending! I really appreciate this depth of explanation!

Cannot recommend this place enough. They fixed an issue that two other mechanics have charged and “fixed” in the past as well as diagnosing other problems within my car.

The best part: they weren’t pushy about the other issues they found, just recommended it down the line. I choose to fix one of the issues and the total cost was much LOWER than quoted for.

Huge shoutout and gratitude to Matt Rayburn for assisting me with the transition to my new 2016 Volkswagen CC Sport!! With only $2000 down and some hiccups on my credit, I had very few options, but he made the process enjoyable and seamless.
