He made the experience super smooth and went out of his way to accommodate us, he was honest, fair and upfront about everything you don’t find that too often when buying a used car or truck. I will return again, and make that drive to buy another used vehicle

Five months in and I am still in love with the 2013 Dodge Journey I purchased from OTC Cars and Trucks. I was buying across state lines and Kyle was fine with me test driving it to get state inspected before purchase. Kyle went out of his way to seal the deal and made the process of car buying an absolute breeze. Had the carfax ready, cut me a great deal and went above and beyond to close quickly. The vehicle has been like new but for a couple of very minor issues you would expect with a used car. My Journey handles both my regular commute and recent snow falls flawlessly. The best part, no hidden costs! Kyle is up front with what he takes for his cut and the other fees involved in car buying when asked. I was in the market to buy a yellow VW Beetle Convertible for my wife, but there were none for sale in my home state of WI.  I found the one for us at On The Circuit in PA - a gorgeous 2015 VW Beetle TDI Convertible with under 17,000 miles!  I had never before purchased a car out-of-state and so I needed a lot of extra time and analysis before I would be ready to make the decision. I was in the market to quickly find an older SUV to replace mine that was recently totaled.
On the Circuit, who I randomly found online, had the exact year and model I wanted that had low mileage, appeared very clean and was fairly priced.  Being 4 hours away, I contacted Kyle, who from the beginning, was very responsive and helpful answering the many questions I had about the vehicle.  Since I was doing everything online, I had to put my complete trust in him in order to confidently close the deal.  I was not disappointed.   Normally, I would be very nervous and apprehensive to make such a large purchase without personally seeing it, but Kyle made me very comfortable from my first conversation with him. In addition, he arranged for door to door transportation for the vehicle that happened extremely fast, arriving without any issues.
Being honest and trustworthy are a must for car dealerships. That being said, I would not hesitate to recommend On the Circuit and Kyle, especially if you’re purchasing from out of town.
