Had the lovely experience of working with Corey this weekend. We called last minute Saturday with interest of trading in our car for one they had on their lot. Corey met us in the parking lot with a smile, a handshake and had our car ready for us to test drive. He also went above and beyond to ensure we got the most for our trade in, made sure our new car was detailed and had a tank full of gas. The whole process took maybe an hour. If you go to Orr of Ft. Our salesman Tray did a wonderful job. We love doing business with him.

The reason for missing the 5th star is because someone in finance called my wife a few days later because a new payment plan option was not presented to us at the time of purchase. We were trying to have a birthday dinner with our son and the person from Orr was very rude and short with my wife.

But other than that it was a great experience and I plan to do more business with them in the future.
